Glow Reed
A garden light pared down to a single line of brass, 20 mm square. Planted in groups through ornamental grasses, at the edge of a bed or along a drive, the stems read like part of the planting by day. At night they bring out the plants around them and give just enough light to find your way. Over the seasons the brass darkens and the stems blend in even more.
Solid raw brass that patinates with the seasons. The driver stays outside the fixture, within easy reach, and every part is available separately: repairing beats replacing.
Fixtures made to be handed down.
